Riley's Story
Riley’s career started as a premium wedding DJ and quickly evolved into a full-blown wedding consultant for both wedding professionals and clients over the last 17+ years. He’s assisted in launching wedding venues, decor companies, co-built a thriving wedding agency, and is the co-host of the Anne & Ellis podcast. His coaching approach is deeply rooted in the belief that every wedding professional is worthy of thriving, not just surviving. He takes the time to get to know each client and their individual needs, tailoring his coaching to their specific goals and concerns. He offers specialized coaching that caters to the unique demands and expectations of each role, providing valuable insights and guidance on how to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional service. With 17+ years of raw wedding experience, he understands the anxiety and challenges that can arise when working in high-pressure wedding environments. As we know, this industry is all about execution! His goal is to help wedding professionals feel confident, prepared and at ease. Riley’s coaching services also extend to wedding teams, helping groups of professionals work together seamlessly and with a genuinely high level of passion. He also provides customized team-building exercises and training sessions that foster communication, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose, resulting in a stronger and more cohesive team.He thrives on keeping busy in his professional world but his private life has a much deeper meaning. Riley married his high school sweetheart, Melissa, ten years ago. He’s also a proud father of eight-year-old twins, Iylah and Asher. Needless to say, they keep his schedule jammed packed during the week!
